Timothy “Tim” Reinerman, age 48, of Newport, KY passed away, October 22nd at The Christ Hospital after suffering a massive heart attack. Tim is preceded in death by his father Roland “Rocky” Reinerman. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Reinerman; daughter, Megan (Zach) Staley; Sisters, Tammy (Steve) Deutsch and Teresa Gimlin; Nieces, Tricia (Scott) Mullins, Alexis Deutsch and Alexas Genzer; Nephews, Steven Deutsch and Christopher Riley. As well as, four great nieces and nephews, and many friends, neighbors and co-workers who loved him.
Tim was a child at heart, his greatest passions were comic books, all things Deadpool, Star Wars, and the Cincinnati Reds. Tim had much love for his family, friends, neighbors, their pets and his work family at Cincy Shirts. Tim most recently worked for Cincy Shirts, a place he adored and found a sense of belonging. Rarely would you find Tim not wearing the Cincy logo.
Tim was a kind, compassionate and well, often, opinionated. He stood firm in his beliefs and spent many of his hours acting as a great philosopher, teaching everyone something new. He was open-minded and welcoming of all people, he never met a stranger and although often had very little, he would help anyone in need, sharing what little he did have.
His family and friends will honor Tim in the most fitting manor, non-traditionally at Tim’s favorite place, Arcadian Comic Book Store, 627 Monmouth St. Newport KY 41071 on October 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers Tim’s family asks you make a gift of your time or treasures in support of someone else. Kindness is something the world needs more of these days, and we have just lost one of our kindest. Gifts can be made in Tim’s honor to the NKY Homeless Shelter, Christ Hospital – Cardiovascular, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Greater Cincinnati Chapter or a charity of your choice.
