Rilda, 88 of Newport passed away Aug 7 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas. She is survived by her daughters Wanda Sue Troxtell and Amy Brock, grandchildren, Bruce and Dwayne Taylor, great-grandchildren Amanda, Justin and Destiny Taylor and sister Eloise Warner. Visitation will be Thurs, Aug 9 from 10am until time of service at 11am at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
