Ray, 72, of Cincinnati passed away suddenly on September 16, 2015. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Debby Smith and his children; Susan (Mike) Taulbee, Scott (Jolene) Smith and Lori Smith; along with 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A celebration of Ray’s life will be Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 12 noon until 4 p.m. at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport, KY.
