Phyllis Lee Dix September 11, 1938 - November 7, 2023

Phyllis Lee Dix, 85, died peacefully in her home on November 7, 2023. She was born on September 11, 1938, in Delaware, Ohio to the late Howard Foster and Merle Laut. She married Thomas Dix in 1956 and moved to Cincinnati in 1973. She was committed to community service throughout her life, including volunteering as a devoted member of Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati for the past two decades. She is survived by two sons, Dennis Dix (Dana Burton) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Douglas Dix (Diane) of Sunset, South Carolina, a brother, Richard Foster, a sister, Suzanne Foster, and a sister-in-law, Trish Foster. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years and her brother, Martin Foster. In memory of Phyllis, donations may be made to Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati.
