Olga Lea December 1, 1943 - February 14, 2024

Olga Lea, age 80, passed away on February 14, 2024, at the Mariemont Care Center. She was born on December 1, 1943, in Hungary, to the late Ludwig and Margaret Retyi-Gazda, and with her family, came to America in August of 1950. Olga graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1962 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the college of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. She was married to Churchill Pauly Lea Jr. on February 6, 1965, and they were married for 32 years. Olga worked at KDI/L3 communications for her entire career, until retiring in late 2011. She enjoyed reading, crosswords, sudoku, art, making her house and yard beautiful, and at the end, car rides. Olga is survived by her son Gregory, her sister Judith, and brother Steven. A small, private memorial will be held at her home.
