VAN HORN
Lillian K, 96 of Ft. Thomas passed away Sept 2 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. Lillian was a member of the Eastern Star and United Church of Christ of Ft. Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry VanHorn. Survived by her loving son David (Joyce) VanHorn, 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and sister Faye Yount. Memorials are requested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Dr, Edgewood, KY 41017. Visitation will be held Fri, Sept 5 from 9am until time of service at 11am at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring, KY. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
