Katie Lou Miller January 15, 1949 - November 1, 2024

Katie Lou Miller of Amelia, Ohio passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 75.  She was born on January 15, 1949, in Monticello Kentucky, to Clyde Doss and Geneva Troxel. When Katie was just a tiny baby, her mother passed away, so she was raised by grandparents, Lige and Mildred Troxel, who she considered Mom and Dad.

Katie was married to Jonathan Miller for 47 years until his passing. She is survived by her daughter, Angel Wilson (Guy); her grandchildren, Maegan Wilson (Brad Fontaine), Mollee Wilson, and Mitchell Wilson; and her great-grandchildren, Mason Fontaine, Isabella Miller, Aubree Wilson, and Zachariah Wilson.

Katie was a loving wife, mother-figure, sister, aunt, and granny. She had a special gift for friendship and built many lifelong bonds. She had a deep love for children and made each child in her life feel truly loved and adored. She gave so much to so many over the years and will be deeply missed for the lifetimes of those she’s left behind.

Katie will be laid to rest in a graveside service at Felicity Cemetery in Felicity, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 19, at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, please gather with us for a time of sharing memories at the Feed Mill Restaurant.
