Our little angel, Kathryn Grace Federle, passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on September 7, 2015. Kathryn Grace was born on August 19, 2015. Born 14.8 ounces and 10 inches long, she showed all around her what it looks like to be strong and fight for life. During her short time here she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Kathryn Grace is the daughter of Stephen and Lindsey Federle of Cold Spring, Kentucky. She is also survived by, her paternal grandparents Mark and Ann Federle, her maternal grandparents Donald and Karen Clark, her great grandmother Louisa DelFavero and a close family of cousins, aunts and uncles.
The family would also like to thank the staff at University of Cincinnati Medical Center NICU for the incredible care provided to Kathryn and the family. A very special thanks to Father Gerald Reinersman and Father Paul Berschied for praying with the family and Kathryn.
In lieu of flowers, we would be honored to have you support the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – Friends of Tiny Hearts. They took care of Kathryn all of her days with us and supported us in our time of need.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Church in Cold Spring on Monday September 14, 2015. Visitation will start at 10:00 am and the funeral mass will begin at 11:00 am.
