Joseph Mindorff, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 26th, 2024. He was born on July 26th, 1938 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Joseph and Catherine Mindorff, and grew up in Deer Park, OH. Joe worked for many years in auto restoration. Joe’s passion was boating, which he enjoyed with his family and many friends. He is survived by his partner of 42 years, Susan Closterman, his stepchildren Traci and Jennifer; grandchildren Chris, David, Jane, Emily, Sydney, and Chloe; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his sisters, Lil Reibel, Patty Sharkey, Carol Metz, and his stepson Eddie Closterman. A gathering will be held on February 2nd, 2024 with visitation from 4-6PM followed by a service at 6PM at the Fares J Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.

Mark and I are so sorry for the loss of Joe. We enjoyed many times visiting you both on the river, talking and laughing and enjoying a cocktail. Joe always greeted us with a big smile and that we will truly miss! Rest in Peace sweet friend.
