Joseph L. Phillips, passed away on March 1st at Mercy Hospital Anderson. He was born on January 19, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Joseph Phillips and Mary Ellen Coleman. Joe attended Western Hills high-school. He married Beverly Ann McLane on July 31, 1970 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Joe worked at Hamilton County Justice Center, retiring in 2017. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, golfing and working in the yard, especially on his pond. He is survived by his wife Beverly Phillips, his loving daughter Danielle Demma (Mark), and his siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Mary Ellen and his siblings Lee and Sharon. Visitation will be on Monday, March, 10 from 10am until time of service at 12 noon at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45230, with burial immediately following at Pierce Township cemetery.
