Survived by sisters Incarnata Carmen Coletta and Deborah Coletta, grandchildren Patience, Anthony, Ashton, and Aaron Phelan.
Long-term real estate agent at Coletta and Associates, Cincinnati native, greatest homemaker, fabulous cook, spirituality guided, gardener, loved to laugh and be goofy, a true Italian, dedicated to charity, the most loving Sister, perfect Mother, friend and Grandmother.
Jay devoted her life daily to ensuring the happiness of her family and friends.
Jay is the heart of her family, always full of joy and wisdom and a constant source of strength to all that were fortunate enough to know her. Always eager to lend a warm smile and gentle hug to anyone who would welcome either, her selflessness toward others knew no boundaries.
Providing a clear definition of the word “family”, her sons are thankful for filling their lives with love, laughter, a warm caring heart and memories that will always bring a smile when recalled.
Jay will be greatly missed, forever present in our hearts, and her family will honor her memory by continuing the love that she shared with us daily.

A celebration of life memorial will be held Thursday, Nov. 14th at Maggiano’s Little Italy 7875 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45236 from 6 -9 pm.
