Jake M. Bowman Sr. October 5, 1950 - July 31, 2023

Jake M. Bowman Sr., 72, passed away on July 31^st, 2023, surrounded by his wife, grandchildren, and family. He was born on October 5^th, 1950, in Cincinnati, OH to the late Frank R. Bowman and Pearlie R. Wilson. He married Linda Uehlein on May 14^th, 1999, at the Newport Church of the Nazarene in Newport, Ky. Jake worked as a national truck driver for over 20+ years, before retiring in 2016. In life Jake loved cooking for his family and mainly his grandchildren in his spare time. Jake is survived by his wife, Linda, his brother Richard and Sandy Bowman, his sons, Jake M. Bowman Jr. and Rusty F. Bowman, his grandchildren, Alexis A. Lohouse, daughter to late Misty Dawn, Romeo M. Bowman, Skyler T. Fabre, Jordan L. Fabre, Lily A. Fabre, and Chance M. Fabre, their mother Devan M. Fabre, Lori A. Solis and her daughter Leslie A. Melendez. Jake was preceded in death by his daughter Misty D. Lohouse and sister and brothers. A gathering will be held on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 12pm until 1pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Newport. Memorial services will follow on Monday at the funeral home.
