Harold “Ray”, 62, of Southgate, KY passed away on July, 18, 2015. Ray is survived by his wife of 33 years Kay Manley; his sons: Daryl Manley and Bill Bocklett; sisters: Jean, Mary, Beverly, & Jennifer and brothers: John and Kenny. He also leaves behind his granddaughter Kira Bocklett. The family has entrusted Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring to hold a private family service.
