Harold E., 82, passed away August 28, 2014. Survived by loving wife, Mary M. Speaks (nee Smallcomb) of Anderson Township; daughter, Debbie A. Seipelt (Johnathan) of Eastgate; grandchildren, Shannon M. Evans (Jacob) of Dayton and Johnathan E. Seipelt of Eastgate; great grandchildren, Kyleigh Seipelt and Foster Evans; brother, Samuel Speaks and sisters, Francis Hahn and Cindie Rote. Memorial service will be held Weds. Sept. 3 at Fares J.
