Gary Wilburn, 91 of Cincinnati passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Hospice of Cincinnati-East. Gary passed just 10 days after his wife Madeline. He was born on December, 9, 1927 in Beckley, West Virginia. Service will remain private for family and friends.
