CUMMINS
Gail Sue passed away July 6, 2013, at the age of 55, after a valiant battle with cancer.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Lillian, brothers Roger and Larry, and sisters Carol and Kay.
Gail is survived by her loving companion of 25 years, husband Charlie, her beloved sons Brandon and Jonathan and grandson Quinton Pascal Keith, dear brother Daniel, and cherished sisters Debbie (Mark), Diane, Brenda and Lois, many nieces and nephews along with many wonderful friends.
Gail had many titles: wonderful wife, loving mother and grandmother, caring sister and aunt, and devoted friend. She was a loving, generous, compassionate person who was so outgoing and friendly; she made friends with everyone that she met. Her great personality and heart of gold made a lasting impression, touching many hearts and lives.
Gail enjoyed gardening and tending to the magenta roses she kept in her garden. The Cummins’ home became the gathering place for many family and friends because of Gail’s amazing cooking. Her love for sports started at a young age. She especially loved the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals and Kentucky basketball.
Saying that Gail’s smile could light up a room is an understatement. Gail was always smiling and laughing; she knew how to enjoy life. Gail was a fighter and was so strong in her fight against cancer.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 9th from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm followed by Mass of Christian Burial at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cold Spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cummins family.
