Frank Miller January 15, 1943 - December 30, 2023

Frank Miller, 80, passed away on December 30, 2023, at UC Medical Center. Frank was born on January 15, 1943, in Courtland, New York to the late Charles and Geraldine Miller. Frank was a graduate of Penn State. His lifetime interests included tennis, sailing and skiing.  He was a proud member of the United States service in the Army medical corps. Frank is survived by his twin daughters, Linda (Mark) Best and Michelle Miller of New Hampshire, his son Mark of New York, as well as his grandchildren Heather and Samantha Best and Justin Fleming and great grandchildren Kadyn, Tatum and Nova.  Frank was preceded in death by his parents. A private family gathering will be held later.
