Eddie Frank Foster was born in Cincinnati, OH to the union of Ethel Lee Foster and Leroy Foster on Oct 22, 1957. Eddie relocated with his mother in 1964 to Mobile, AL. He was a skilled First Class Welder for over 30 years building navy war ships for Northrop Grumman Ship Systems of Pascagoula, MS. His last job was at SST Bearing Corporation of Loveland, OH.
Eddie Foster was not your average young man he was full of life and a smooth gentlemen, a complete ladies man. As a young man he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working with machinery. To know Eddie was to love him as he was kind hearted and never meet a stranger. He left a lasting impression with his million dollar smile. He was the father of three children Ronnie D Robinson, wife La Loni Robinson, of Mobile, AL. Venus LaVelle Finley, with Brain D Cooper of Atlanta, GA. Whitney S Booker of Pascagoula, MS. He leaves behind his devoted siblings Willa Jackson, Gwendolyn Jones, Leroy Foster, Deborah Foster (Deceased 1964), and Michael McConnell. Also a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great grandchild with one devoted niece, Jackie Heart Thompson.
Eddie spent a lot of his time visiting with his friends and two very close friends, Michael Morrison and Michael Chapmen both of Cincinnati, OH. He will be joining his partner in crime, who preceded him in death, Charles Anthony Ingram, SR. When Eddie was not working his was in his yard planting flowers. Also enjoyed watching football and sitting on his porch giving out advise to youth in his neighborhood, while passing out candy. He loved to lend a helping hand when and where ever needed as he was quite the handy man. Daddy.. “Thank you for always loving me, giving me advise and being there when I needed you.” Long Live The King a.k.a. The Silver Fox.
REMEBER ME
To my family and friends, my time on the earth has
come to an end.
But don’t worry because the remembrance of me
has just begin.
I know you feel my life was cut way too short
And you have a heavy heart
So this is where remembering me starts.
Remember the good times we had
And you will be happier then sad.
Remember how I made you laugh and smile
Now you have something that will last you awhile.
Remember how I showed love and I cared
and everything that we shared.
Remember how my life was with joy
and made complete.
Now my Lord and Savior I must go meet.
My life has come to a past
But remember I had a blast.
My name was Eddie Frank Foster, some call me
The Silver Fox.
Don’t You Forget,
Remember Me.
