Florence, Kentucky – Craig A. Lysne passed away July 31, 2019. He was born September 20, 1953, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of David A. and Carol L. (Harness) Lysne. He was 65. At his request, no service will be held. The family is holding a private celebration of life Saturday, August 17, 2019.
Craig graduated from Fairmont East High School, Class of 1971. He continued his education at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in 1976. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Lysne; daughters, Kerri Lysne and Kacie Lysne; grandson, Liam Baker; brothers, Curtis and Jeffrey Lysne; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, David A. Lysne and Carol L. Lysne, and brother David M. Lysne. Craig was a small business owner for 17 years in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He enjoyed art, all sports, spending time with family and being the greatest Papa in the world to his grandson Liam, his best friend. In honor of Craig, donations can be made to the Dayton Oregon District Tragedy Fund. The Dayton Foundation created this Fund to benefit families directly affected. www.daytonfoundation.org
