Bernice Lewis-Ledgar, 81 of Independence passed away January 21st at her residence. Survivors include daughters, Janine, Elizabeth, Kathryn and Rebecca, sons, David and Daniel, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Private services have already been held.  Memorial donations may be made to Hoxworth Blood Center, 2220 Grandview Dr, #140, Covington, KY or The Leukemia Society, 2300 Wall St, Ste H, Cinti, OH.  Condolences may be sent to the family at farestransfer3.wpengine.com.
