Alison Christa Johnson, age 53, passed away on 10/25/24 at the Cincinnati VA Medical center. She was born on 12/22/1970 in Cincinnati to Roger Hite and Merna Perry. Alison attended The University of Cincinnati, achieving a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Alison worked as a social worker for over a decade, most notably at Jimmy Heath, Talbert House, VA medical center and Clermont County Jail. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Adelynn, as well as competing sports such as running and cycling. Alison served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA. She is survived by her son Ian Herrmann, her granddaughter Adelynn Herrmann, her granddaughters mother Kacee Edwards, her mother Merna Perry, her father Roger Hite and her adopted brother Jermey Perry. A gathering will be held on the 16th of November 2024.
