Kevin Andrew Ball, Jr. December 26, 2007 - August 10, 2024

Kevin Andrew Ball, Jr. was born December 26, 2007, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He passed away August 10th, 2024, after a tragic accident. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather’s David Johnson and Glenn Edward Ball; great grandmother’s Jeanie Carol (Baker) Ball, Joyce Ann (Sarver) Douglas; grandfather Ronald Jay Ball; Uncle Bryon Edward Jay Ball. Kevin is survived by his parents Korin and Kevin Ball, his sister’s Kasondra and Kaydince Ball, his grandparents Dawn Young and Michael Seng, his Aunt Summer Seng, his uncle’s Nick Galloway and Cody Seng and a bunch of extended family. Son, brother, grandson and friend. We are deeply saddened to have lost our son so early in life but happy to have gotten to spend every day with him while he was with us. Kevin struggled with schizophrenia and psychosis since he was 15. He loved going to Scene 75 and hanging out with friends and family at Kings Island. Kevin’s favorite games to play were Agario, Minecraft and Fortnite. His favorite food was his dad’s smoked ribs, which he tried to make for him every time he came home from the hospital. Kevin wanted to be a psychologist to help others going through hard times. He enjoyed listening to all kinds of music, but his favorite seemed to be Juice World. Kevin started journaling his feelings and trying to make songs. We talked about getting him studio equipment for his computer for his birthday and Christmas so he could have the right tools to help him. He loved his cat named Katt. Kevin was the most honest person we knew. He will be forever loved and missed and never forgotten. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 11am until 1pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Newport. Services will begin at 1pm at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
