James E. Serger, age 75, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023. ย He was born on October 20, 1947 to the late Ed and Helene Serger. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marilyn Serger (nรฉe Roberts). Jim is survived by James E. (Gina) Serger, Jr. and Andrew J. (Jessica) Serger, dear grandchildren Cassidy, Amanda, Alex, Josie, and Maggie, brothers Ken (Diane) and Ron (the late Linda) Serger. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary on July 11th at 10:30. Friends may visit the Church at 9:30. June 20, 2024 at 11:05 pmSorry I missed this. I was dealing with some challenges of my own at the time, but I’m doing well now. Jim was such a great guy. I tried to keep in touch with him and Marilyn after retirement. He was part of my team at Tempur Pedic. We had so much fun together in and out of work. Nobody was a stranger to him. He treated all of his customers like his best friends and a lot of them really were. Marilyn was a joy to be with, too. The world is a MUCH better place because of the Sergers.
