We are sad to announce the passing of Thelma Arlene Bush (née Hardy), 81, on June 11, 2022. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to all, as well as an active and well-loved member of her community in Newport, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Tommy Bush. She is survived by her children Tracy Bush and Sylvia (Darwin) Bush-Elliott;
her sister Lillian (Butch) Caldwell; her brother Buddy (Karen) Sweatt; her grandchildren Elizabeth (Crystal) Bush, Chelsea (Corey) Stewart, Cody Elliott, Jarrod Elliott, and Hannah Elliott; her great-grandchildren Colton Bush, Caleb Bush, and Carleigh Stewart; and her many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in her honor at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home in
Newport, Kentucky on Thursday, June 16. Visitation will be held from 10:00am – 1:00pm with a funeral service and burial immediately following at 1:00pm.
