James “Paul” Brown, 57, passed away on October 15th, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born in South Lebanon, Ohio on July 24th, 1964, to the late Everett and Ethel Brown, and recently was residing in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Paul was the loving father to his only child Kelsey Brown, cherishing every moment they were able to spend together. He was a respected supervisor at the Hardrock Casino in Cincinnati (formerly Jack Casino) where his passion to lead his team will greatly be missed. In his spare time, he enjoyed walking his dog Ducky, fishing, and his motorcycle. Paul was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan and on Saturday’s was tuned in to Ohio State football. His motto for life was, “No matter what, you must keep living your life.”
Paul is survived by Kelsey Brown, his dog Ducky, his sister Delilah (Bobby) and his brother Bill (Angie), who will continue to live in honor of him. He will be missed by his daughter, his dog, many family members, friends, and coworkers. Paul is preceded in death by his loving parents Everett and Ethel Brown, his brother EJ (Everett Junior) and his sister Janet.
There will be a celebration of life held Friday November 19th from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Hard Rock Casino, Cincinnati to honor Paul’s memory. Paul touched the hearts of many people and has left lasting memories for all of us. Please continue to remember this great man and never forget, “No matter what, you must keep living your life.”
