Blake Kenneth Ainsworth, 25 of Independence, KY passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at his residence. Blake was a 2013 graduate of Simon Kenton High School. He worked side by side with his dad at Ainsworth Animal Arts. Blake enjoyed hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He was known for his love of his 1996 F150 4×4. Blake is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Marie (Denczek) Ainsworth. Blake is survived by his father, Kurt (Evangeline) Ainsworth; sister, Meghan Ainsworth; brother, Garrett Ainsworth; aunts and uncles; Sally (Chuck) Bouwens, Judy (Mike) Lubbers, Kim Ainsworth, Vicki (Steve) Snyder, Kevin Ainsworth; many cousins; best friend, Brandon Koors; as well as many other relatives and friends. A gathering of friends will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 11:00AM until the time of service at 1:00pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
