Clarence E. Duke, 59 of Newport passed away December 29 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. He is survived by his loving daughter Brittani (James Glenn) Duke, grand-daughters Jalynn Davis and Brylie Glenn, mother Anna Carr, sisters Robin (Ricky) Smith and Drina (Bruce) Runyon, brothers Rodney and Robert Duke and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, Jan 4 from 5pm until time of military honors at 7pm with service following at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport.
