Vicki, 72, passed away September 18, 2017. She is survived by sons, Pat (Cherie) Thatcher, Mike (Mary) Thatcher, Brandt (Tammy) Thatcher; grandchildren, Brian, Bailey, Benjamin, Brooklyn, Abbie, Wesley, Alex, Cierra, Joe, Trey, Anthony; siblings, Fred (Gayle) Neff, Nashville TN and Ron Neff, Honolulu HI; and nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday September 30, 2017. Visitation / greet the family from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm service to begin at 12:00 pm at Cherry Grove United Methodist Church, 1428 Eight Mile Road Cincinnati, OH 45255.
