Terry, 37, of Southgate, passed peacefully surrounded by his family July 25, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Jasmin Carroll; son, Dakota Herald; siblings, Tisha Wagner, Derick Wagner and Paige Ewing; sister-in-law, Tierra Boshears; nieces and nephews, Autumn, Jayda and Jordan Wagner, Tia, Hayden, Jonathan and Keelyn Ewing, Laveyah Saunders, La’Ryah Boshears, and Cartiae Fairbanks; mother, Marie Carroll; grandmother, Lois Bourff and pet, Gunnar, along with many other loving relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles “Terry” Wagner and grandmother, Pauline Wagner. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 30 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm; funeral service will be held Monday, July 31 at 12 noon- all at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 822 York St, Newport, KY. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Please wear purple to the services in honor of Terry’s battle with Cystic Fibrosis.
