Victor Hartmann, 67, of Covington, died August 26, 2016. He was a bartender and entertainer at the Atlanta Underground, Mississippi Queen, and in Covington at the conservatory. Eventually he became a roofer and construction worker. Survivors include his son, William (Butchie) Hartmann; sister, Linda Hoffman nee Hartmann; brother-in-law, George J. Hoffman of Independence; nephews, George E. Hoffman of Houston, TX and Sean Hoffman of Independence. Memorial service will be announced at a later time.
