Barry Arthur, 57, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away August 28, 2016. He was an engineering manager at Positrol Inc. He was a graduate of Mariemont High School and went to the University of Cincinnati. He loved to travel with his family off the beaten path. He enjoyed reading everything from political literature to Stephen King. He was also passionate about music and painting landscapes. He touched many lives and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his sons, Jared (Rachael Stern, Oliver) Cox and Eric Cox; siblings, Coral Ann Sanderson, Daniel Cox, Julie Henderson, and Randy Cox; friend and ex-wife, Gina Stanaford and many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gayle and Leah Cox and his sister, Susan Cox.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 1 from 5:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barry’s name to the American Heart Association or to the charity of your choice.
