Richard “Rick” Chamberlin has passed away on July 26, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rick was born in Ithaca, New York on May 17, 1959. He is survived by his children Kevin, Lauren, and Michael; his brother Bruce; and his grandson Liam, and was predeceased by Allen Potter and Robert and Betsy Chamberlin. Rick was a lover of music, travel, nature, his spirituality, and most of all his friends and family whom he impacted greatly. Visitation will be held at Fares J. Radel Funeral Homes on August 6, 2016 from 12 noon until time of Celebration of Life services at 1 pm. 5950 Kellogg Ave Cincinnati, Ohio 45230.
