Pamela (Pam) Lee Colley, 59, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away on May 13, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio at Christ Hospital.
Visitation will held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral home in Newport, Kentucky.
822 York Street Newport, Kentucky 41071.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, Kentucky. Pastor Norman Rice, officiating.
Pam was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Nellie and Edwin Mains on November 2, 1956. She was married to Tony Colley on August 6, 1975 in Newport, Kentucky. Pam worked for Extreme Sportswear as an embroiderer for 6 years.
Pam is preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Mains, her father Edwin Mains, her brother Fred Mains and a daughter Antoinette Kollyn Colley.
Pam is survived by her husband, Tony Colley, daughter Chasity O’Day and spouse Jay O’Day, son Cody Colley, grandson Xevon J. O’Day, grandson Colston F. Boots, grandson Kyle D. O’Day, granddaughter Kenee E. O’Day, granddaughter Kyndyl J. O’Day, sister Sue Nevels and spouse Steve, sister Billie Jean Sellmeyer and spouse Darryl, sister Phyllis Harvey, sister Judy Nabors, sister in law Jan Mains, brother in law Walt Colley and spouse Debbie, brother in law Scott Colley and spouse Terry, sister in law Bernadette Dusing, sister in law Peggy Helton, sister in law Betina Colley.
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
