BOTHWELL
David Allen, 54, of Newport, KY passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday,
June 23, 2015 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his father William
Bothwell Sr. and his sister Becky Bothwell. David is survived by his wife of 34
years Carol Bothwell along with his three daughters; Sandra Zemter, Kathryn
Bothwell and Jennifer (Justin) Dodson; six grandchildren; Kaitlyn, Christopher,
Lilly, Maryann, Justin Jr., and Jeffrey. He also leaves behind his mother
Kathryn “Kitty” Bothwell, brother Wm. “Bill” (Linda) Bothwell, sister Joy (Ron)
Stein and brother Steve (Linda) Bothwell. David was a devoted Bengals fan, loved
fishing and coaching the Newport Girls Knothole League. He bragged about working
for Edgewood Electric for 27 years and proudly putting up the lighted Christmas
tree on the side of Rivercenter Towers in Covington, KY annually. Visitation
will be held Friday, July 3, 2015 from 4pm-7pm with service following
immediately at 7pm; both at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. In lieu of
flowers please make donations to Fares J. Radel Funeral Home to help cover costs
of services.
