Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend, David Carl Novak, 82, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, August 18, 2013. He was born in Akron, OH on October 31, 1930 and resided in Amelia, OH since 1996.
A Memorial Service for Dave will be held Sunday, August 25, 2013 at 2:00pm at Heritage Universalist Unitarian Church (2710 Newtown Road, Cincinnati, OH 45224).
