Ruth M, 87 of Cold Spring passed away Feb 14 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Ft. Thomas. She is preceded in death by her son Jack Howard, Jr. and his wife Connie Howard. Survived by her step-son Jerry Smith, 3 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sister Vonnie Walker and brother Ralph Williams. Visitation will be Wed, Feb 20 from 10am until time of service at 12pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring. Burial at Peachgrove Cemetery.
