Daniels-Smith, Theresa, 52, passed away December 27, 2011. Theresa is survived by her husband of 24 years, John Smith, her children; John Smith Jr. (Melinda), Laura Smith and Michael Smith, and her grandchildren; Trenton, Colson, Hunter and Nicholas. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 7 from 2-5pm with services beginning at 5pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, OH.
