Thompson, Maggie, 90, formerly of Newport, passed away September 30, 2011. Loving mother of William Thompson and wife Lynn, grandmother of William Thompson Jr. and Phillip Thompson, great-grandmother of Haley and Tyler. Maggie was a member of Eastern Stars, Newport. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 4 from 9:30 am to 10 am, with services starting at 10 am at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
