I have worked with and for Alan at the IRS, including when we were in Washington, DC. We were on the same team in the IRS Golf League for many years. He was a good man with a kind heart, and will be fondly remembered always. I’ll never forget when he would hit a bad golf shot (which wasn’t very often), he would get mad and yell “SUGAR”, instead of what the rest of us yell. 🙂 May God bless and keep you, and hope there is just enough dew on the greens in heaven, so you can see the tracks of the other putts!
